A new portal experience is coming soon.

Starting September 1, 2026, your homeowner experience is getting an upgrade. We are moving to Vantaca, a platform built specifically for community association management. Your portal is changing, your payment experience is improving, and there are a few actions we need you to take before the switch. Here is everything you need to know.

You've got questions, we've got answers.

What is Vantaca?

Vantaca is the community association management platform we are transitioning to on September 1, 2026. It is the leading software platform purpose-built for community association management, currently serving more than 50,000 associations and 6.5 million homeowners across North America. Vantaca connects payments, communications, service requests, documents, and financial reporting into one integrated system — giving homeowners a faster, more transparent, and more intuitive experience. Management companies who have made the switch report dramatically improved operations, and Vantaca’s onboarding program carries a 9.7 out of 10 customer satisfaction rating. We chose Vantaca because our communities deserve a platform built for exactly this purpose.

We switched because you deserved a better experience. Our previous platform served us adequately, but it had limitations we wanted to move past — including payment processing and inconsistencies in how communications were delivered to homeowners. Vantaca keeps everything in one place, improves how quickly payments are processed, and gives us the tools to communicate with you consistently and reliably. This is an investment in the communities we serve.

Yes. On September 1, 2026, you will receive an email with a unique registration key and simple instructions to set up your new Vantaca account. The process takes just a few minutes.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at communitysupport@allpointscm.com or 859.263.7681 and we will get it to you right away.

All records from the previous system will be maintained. However, only three years of payment history will be imported and displayed in your Vantaca account ledger. If you need to reference records older than three years, please contact our team directly and we will assist you.

ACH auto draft allows your assessment to be automatically withdrawn from your bank account on a set schedule at no fee. We encourage all homeowners to enroll in ACH as it is the most efficient and cost-effective payment method for both you and our team.

Once you register in Vantaca, you can make payments through Vantaca Pay directly within the portal. Options include one-time payments or recurring payments set to a date of your choice. Please note that recurring payments through Vantaca Pay carry a small processing fee. If you prefer a no-fee option, we recommend enrolling in ACH auto draft through our authorization form.

One-time ACH payments, credit cards, and debit card payments carry a processing fee. We recommend enrolling in ACH auto draft to avoid any processing fees.

It depends on how your autopay was set up. If you previously enrolled through our ACH authorization form, your payment will migrate to Vantaca automatically — no action is needed. If you had autopay configured directly within the Western Alliance Bank portal, that payment will NOT carry over. We will be processing a bulk cancellation of CINC portal autopay, but to be safe we strongly encourage you to log in to CINC and cancel that payment yourself before August 31, 2026 to avoid any duplicate or missed payment issues.

Yes. You can complete the ACH authorization form now to get ahead of the transition.

Beginning September 1, homeowners who pay by check must contact us before submitting payment. We will provide the correct remittance address and the specific payment information needed to ensure your check is properly identified and applied to your account.

Please contact us at communitysupport@allpointscm.com or 502.451.0485.

On August 31, 2026 after 5:00 PM, all CINC portal logins will be disabled and payment data will be wiped from the system. You will no longer be able to log in to CINC after that time. Please make sure any pending payments are submitted and any open service requests are addressed before that deadline.

Take care of any outstanding balances, submit any open service requests, download any documents you may need, and — if you have autopay set up directly in the CINC portal — cancel it yourself to ensure it does not attempt to process after the system is shut down.

Yes. One of the improvements Vantaca brings is that all communications will now be sent directly from our domain — allpointscm.com. This gives us much greater control over delivery and consistency. Reliable communication matters to us and we have been working to improve it.

We are happy to help. Reach us at communitysupport@allpointscm.com or (502) 451-0485. You can also visit allpointscm.com for additional information and updates.
