About All Points Community Management

Every Community Deserves Strong Leadership

Why We Exist

All Points Community Management was founded in 1998 with a clear purpose: to support association boards with integrity, clarity, and respect for the responsibility they carry. From the outset, the focus was not simply on maintaining communities, but on strengthening them through informed decision-making and disciplined management.

The belief was straightforward. When board members are supported with clear information and consistent guidance, communities operate more effectively and leadership becomes more confident.

A Frustration That Sparked Change

In 2002, John Payne founded Paragon Management Group in Nashville, Tennessee, after serving on his own HOA board and growing frustrated with how his community was being managed. Communication was unclear, accountability was lacking, and decisions felt reactive instead of thoughtful. Like many board members, he saw firsthand how poor management places unnecessary strain on volunteers and puts communities at risk.

Rather than accept the status quo, Paragon was built on the belief that boards deserve a true partner, one that listens, explains, plans ahead, and takes ownership of outcomes. What began as a response to frustration became a mission rooted in service and stewardship.

A Commitment to Kentucky

Eventually, the Nashville office was sold so that full focus could be placed on serving Kentucky communities. That decision reflected a long-term commitment: to invest resources, leadership, and attention where the need was clear and the impact could be meaningful.

Then, in 2022, two aligned legacies came together. Paragon acquired All Points Community Management from founder Edwin Gibson. Both organizations shared the same foundational belief: community management works best when boards are informed, supported, and never left navigating alone.

Today, Lexington and Louisville operate as one unified organization under the All Points name—honoring both histories while looking forward together

Why All Points?

We are here to help you lead your community forward.

The All Points brand mark is inspired by a compass. It represents direction, balance, and steady guidance—because that is what boards need most. Community leadership is complex. The decisions are real, the stakes are high, and the responsibility often falls on volunteers. Our role is to help boards find clarity amid complexity and confidence in every direction they turn.

Every point matters. Governance. Financial stewardship. Maintenance planning. Clear communication. When those points align, communities move forward with purpose.

Our journey began with frustration—but it endures because of commitment.

Commitment to better management. Better communication. Better outcomes.
